Administration fee £75, whichs includes all course material. Any changes made by you will incur and administration fee of £40.

A stardard week runs from Sunday (arrival day) after 3.00 pm to Sunday morning departure by 12.00 Noon. If you stay after 12.00 Noon on the departure day an extra £25 will be added to your account.

We recommend our special guarantee of cancellation. The cost of this guarantee is £45.00 (non-refundable) and has to be paid in full . When you purchase this guarantee, we will refund the cost of your course, lodging and extras if you cancel your course at any time from the day of enrolment until the end of your course. Your guaranteed refund will NOT include: your enrolment fee, the costs of 1-week services (course, lodging) and services already used at the time of cancellation, the cost of the guarantee itself, your travel costs, an administration fee of 7% of the amount to be refunded to cover the administrative costs of returning your money, and the standard fee for changes in the reservation (£75). This guarantee is personal and non-transferable and will be applicable to the following cases: work, examination, illness (of either the student or an immediate family member), pregnancy or the obligation of doing military service. The time period covered by this guarantee is from the day of enrolment until the end of the course and accommodation provided by Ahora Spanish. For a full refund of this amount an official document verifying the reason for the cancellation will be required.
